Regarding webmoney responsibility

Hi,

One of the user is recently moved to qatar from south africa. So, he opened new bank account in qatar. Currency code for his is QAR. In webmoney, he couldn't find the QAR currency in dropdown box under "UK AP Expense Report". Did anyone know, under which responsibibility the user can raise expense report.

No one is there in that location(QATAR) to help the user.  

Could anyone please advise on this issue.
