MS Word properties not retained in RTF output format

Hi,

We have a couple of RTF templates which need to be converted into BIP Publisher reports. However, they have used the below 2 features of MS Word, which do not seem to work in RTF output format:

1) Table Row Height property of rows in a table in MS Word. If we set the height of the table row in Specify Height, it is not retained in RTF output.

2) The SMall Caps Font property also does not work in RTF output format.

We are on BIP v10.1.3.4.1. If anyone has faced the same issues and found the solution, kindly share it with me. Thanks in advance!
