Cannot add line to existing Quotation in purchasing

 Hi,
I want to add line to existing quotation.

Go to quotation-> query any quotation -> go to lines-> add line-> copy the existing catagory, description-> Save it-> Approve button is greyed out.

Go to specific supplier store in Iprocurement-> it still showing existing two items-> New added item is not showing,

Please help.
