Not able to see Oracle home Page when login to Oracle Application.

Hi,

We are not able to see oracle home page where we can set preferences for particular user. (Preferences Link)

It is happening for particular user only.

when we enter login information and login for oracle application. form is getting open directly.and we are not able to see the home page where we can change the preferences.

I am attaching screen shot of home page for your reference. Attached image of home page is not coming for particular user instead form is directly getting open.
