Is that okay to expand block-based volume share over Fibre Channel

 Hi All,
Pls note that we have setup a LUN export block-based volume via Fibre Channel in a 7120 zfs storage system.  We hope to know if this is okay to get this shared LUN expand without backup & restroe the data stored on this LUN or not.
