Worklist is not triggered while creating a case in Helpdesk-CRM
When I create/reassign a case , the worklist entries are not getting inserted into the appropriate user in 9.1
But this fucntionality is working fine in 8.9. I compared all the worklist notification setups between 8.9 & 9.1.
Everything looks fine, but the notifications are not triggered.
Cn somebody please suggest what could be the reason for this issue?
