Field contents do not show in related information layout

 I have added a new Job Title field to our Contact level which is a pick-list field.  The original Job Title field was a simple free text field.

I have added the field to all the relevant layouts - Contact detail, Company: Contacts Related Information Layout however, the field appears on both but the contents only show on the Contact detail layout.  They do not appear in the Company: Contacts Related Information Layout.

The original Job Title field appears on both and includes the contents on both - any amendments made on the Contact detail page are reflected on the Company: Contacts Related Information Layout.
