Post/move the transactions of a permenantly closed period

Hi,

A transaction is not being posted (on submission of Create Accounting -Cost Management from discrete cost managent) as the GL period of  that transaction is permenently closed.

Please guide me how can we move that transaction from permenently closed period to other period.
