How to add hot spare in RAID 5 sun fire V880

Hi,
Please help me. Anyone can help me on the procedure on how to add new disk in sun fire v880 and add it to the existing raid 5 in solaris 9 Here is my existing configuration:

d6: RAID
    State: Okay        
    Interlace: 32 blocks
    Size: 213274647 blocks
Original device:
    Size: 213276480 blocks
        Device              Start Block  Dbase State        Hot Spare
        c1t2d0s0                3219     No    Okay        
        c1t3d0s0                3219     No    Okay        
        c1t4d0s0                3219     No    Okay        
        c1t5d0s0                3219     No    Okay
