Restrict tax manager resposibility for creation and updation of a single OU.

We need to restrcit tax manager responsibilities according to MO: Operating Unit tagged to it.

We have single security profile.

After tagging above profile options while creation ,owner LOV at tax level got restricted for that OU.But problem is on querying simply country wise taxes, all the taxes appear of that country.

Example India has two OU's.While querying all the atxes of 2 OU's appear.Further system allows to udpate the tax of other OU.
