How an asset can be loaded in Asset Management from AP/PO?

Hello Everyone,

I want to load an asset from AP/PO to Asset Management. For this purpose I go through Asset Management>Send/Receive Information>Load Transactions>Load Transactions into AM..

After that I run Asset Management>Send/Receive Information>Retrieve Information from AP/PO..

And then Asset Management>Send/Receive Information>Preview AP/PO..

Here I see the Asset that is loaded from AP/PO. Now my question is that, how can I Assign that asset to any custodian? How can I depreciate that asset?
