Mass Finally Closed Purchase Orders

 Good day

Kindly advise if there is a program/ script we can run to mass finally closed purchase orders that was received and fully paid. We currently have a report that indicates all the PO's that must be finally closed, the buyers will normally finally closed the PO's manually on the Purchase Order Summary screen. I am not to familiar on how dataloader work to achieve this, is there a standard template we can use.
