R42950 update price/cost doesn't work for SK order.

Hi,

   I entered a SI order and run R4210IC to create SK/OK orders. I setup base price for SK order and want to update the price of SK, it shows me "the tax area required" in WC.

   The log file has the following information:

   ERROR INFO JDEERR - ID= 32, Error= 0886 - b4200310.c, Line= 22228
