emctl command not found

We are using 12c Grid Control.

Since I didn't install this and after the person left, I am not sure what to do with this.

We did have a crash on the repository database. Once I did bring the database back online, I am not sure how to startup the grid control again.

I issued emctl status oms and it returned command not found. I then export the OMS_HOME environment variable and issue the command again and it is still giving the same message. Could anyone please help on this? Thank you very much.

[oracle@gcprodapp: /apps/oracle/middleware/oms/bin/ ] > emctl status agent
