Alaska tax type HM

With the last vertex update the tax type HM was created for Alaska, we normally do not calculate the HM's as a separate accrual so we override the rate in the SUI rate set up to be 0.  The system is not recognizing the override and it is continueing to calcuate.  Has anyone experienced this and how do we turn it off?
