RMAN Backup size increased significantly after upgrading Oracle Database from 10g(v10.2.0.4) to 11g(11.2.0.3)

Size has increased from 150GB to 210GB but actual data growth  was only 10GB.

Configuration  is below:-

CONFIGURE COMPRESSION ALGORITHM 'BASIC' AS OF RELEASE 'DEFAULT' OPTIMIZE FOR LOAD TRUE ; # default
