PBCO Warning when doing Voucher Inquiry

 Hi, 
When we inquire on a voucher, by entering into the voucher through supplier ledger or payment inquiry or T/B by Obj A/c, there is a PBCO warning which pops up, which should not happen, as I am not trying to enter a voucher but only trying to inquire on a voucher. 

How can I prevent seeing this warning.
