REP-0300: ORACLE error occurs in Production environment only

Hello,
Customer has developed one report and tested it in DEV instance where it works fine and produces the required output. Same report was working fine in production as well until 2 days ago since when started  giving an error like below (as per customer no changes have been done either to the report or production server).

Enter Password:
REP-0300: ORACLE error occurred.
REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:
REP-300: ORACLE error occurred.

OPP shows following:
