OIE old open charges not showing in OIE

Hi,
We have a couple of former employees who are showing Unused transactions.  We opened up their HR, Supplier and Security records to clear these, but they are not showing up in their OIE charges.  These charges are almost a year old.  Does anyone have any ideas I might try?
