Patch 8781255 fails on Worker 1

While applying the patch 8781255, i got following error.

   FAILED: file poxlaaad.ldt on worker  1 for product po  username APPS.

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

           FAILED: file poxlaaad.ldt on worker  1.
