issue using srvctl - An unexpected error has been detected by HotSpot Virtual Machine

ORACLE DB 11gR2RAC - 6 nodes
OS: Linux 6

***** I am trying to use srvctl to get service status or use srvctl for any commands, I got the following errors:

***** I thought it was related to EM cloud control 12c, I tried stopping the agent and did not get any errors. Tried starting the agent and got error,
