Hello,
I have a M5000 running Solaris 11.1 with 4 CPU each with 4 cores as follows

root:~# psrinfo -pv
The physical processor has 4 cores and 8 virtual processors (0-7)
  The core has 2 virtual processors (0 1)
  The core has 2 virtual processors (2 3)
  The core has 2 virtual processors (4 5)
  The core has 2 virtual processors (6 7)
    SPARC64-VII+ (portid 1024 impl 0x7 ver 0xc1 clock 2660 MHz)
The physical processor has 4 cores and 8 virtual processors (8-15)
  The core has 2 virtual processors (8 9)
  The core has 2 virtual processors (10 11)
  The core has 2 virtual processors (12 13)
  The core has 2 virtual processors (14 15)
    SPARC64-VII+ (portid 1032 impl 0x7 ver 0xc1 clock 2660 MHz)
The physical processor has 4 cores and 8 virtual processors (32-39)
