Oracle Performance Management Plan Eligbility Profile

In creating a Performance Plan, an eligibility profile can be attached to the plan to restrict access to non-eligible group of employees who are not qualified for a specific performance plan template.

My question is does the system also evaluate the profile of the employee who is  defined as the supervisor for the performance plan template based on the eligibility profile attached to the plan?
