OTL - time sheet for this week, she gets last week time submitted time sheet shown

All,

When one of the user tries to enter time sheet for this week, she gets last week time submitted time sheet shown. It wouldnt allow her to create new time sheet. Any help?

Checked her HR and FND records. All seems fine.
