Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Menu design vs Menu filtering

HI,

If I want to disable or hide a paticular menu object/folder for a role, I know that we can do it using both Menu Design and Menu filtering.

Can anyone help me understand what difference would be there in the either action performed?
