Unable to inactive supplier site due to following note: APP-SQLAP-97505: Disable Allow Withholding

Hi Folks,

We are getting below note message while inactivating supplier site: APP-SQLAP-97505: Disable Allow Withholding  Taxes at all sites before disabling it st supplier level

And system is not allowing to save the record.


Note:- We are not using With holding tax for this OU and issue is in 11.5.10.2 version
