Expected Receipts Report ends in error

Hi Folks,

We are upgrading to R12.1.3 from 11i.

Expected Receipts Report ends in error. I could not find any hits in metalink. Anyone facing same issue and know how to fix?

Error messages as below:

Enter Password:
REP-1401: 'afterpform': Fatal PL/SQL error occurred.
ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
