Item Cost File (F4105) different from Item Cost Component (F30026) File

I have a part that is not set up in  a specific branch plant in the Item cost file ,but is showing up on the item cost component file cost typye A1. The frozen standard it is showing is not correct, but since it is not set up in that branch plant it cannpt be fixed.

Please let me know if you have had this situation and how you resolved it.
