OEM 12C Incident Rule/Alert for invalid objects for specific schema

Hello.  In OEM 12C I'd like to create a incident/rule whereby an OEM alert/incident (email message) would be generated if a specific schema in one of our databases ended up with specific number of invalid objects.  For example, if the noted specific schema ends ups with 2000 or more invalid objects.  I've been in OEM 12C under "Setup -> Incidents -> Incidents Rules" trying to come up with such a Incident Rule but haven't yet been sucessfull.  Thanks.
