Oracle WMS Rules R12.1.3

Hi,

Is there any out of box WMS Pick rules that can be configured for following criteria :

Context : OPM, WMS Enables Organization, LOT controlled items

Criteria  for Ingredient Pick:

1.For a particular ingredient say 100kg is required.

The on hand availability in say lot 1 is 75, lot 2 is 25, lot3 is 100. 

The WMS rules should allocate material such a way that LOT2, LOT1 are allocated on the basis of increasing lot quantity.?? 

Is there any rule available based on increasing LOT quantity?

2. Instead of LOT, assume that we have same amount of qty in different LPN (LPN1 - 75, LPN2 - 25, LPN3 - 100). The system should pick/allocate LPN2, LPN3
