ORA-19875: multi-section restore not complete

I am testing complete database recovery in a new host. While running RECOVER DATABASE I am receiving following error. I tried to reduce CHANEL DEVICE to 2 from 8 and also reduced DEVICE TYPE DISK PARALLELISM to 2. But still getting the same error:
