Evolution email transition Solaris 10 to 11.1

 Hi,I'm a long-time user of "Ximian Evolution" on Solaris 10, using the built-in version with no extras. (Am I the only one on the world?!?)
I want to try migrating to Solaris 11.1 which has a much more recent version of Evolution, but I can't work out how to import my mail folders and contacts from the Solaris 10 version.
I've configured the Solaris 11.1 version with no problems, and can successfully send and receive mail; I'd just like to import all my old mail and contacts. There is an import function but it doesn't seem to work very well, and is restricted to single files. I have hundreds of old folders.
