Supply/Demand form isn't showing internal requisition eventhough we have quantity due in internal re

Hello All,

There were three internal requisitions had been created 1308,1377,2001 to 520-10745,450-33800/P,230-10594 respectively and then Internal sales orders 5000599,5000616,5000775 has been created and closed now.Three Receipts has been created against IR 1308 for one only 28 quantities out of 30 quantities.There is no receipt has been created against IR 1377 for 10 quantities.Two Receipts has been created against IR 2001 for only 5 quantities out of 35 quantities.Then
Why 2 qty of 520-10745 is showing as outstanding for IR 1308 in requisition summary but not in Supply / demand screen
Why 10 qtys of 450-33800/P is  showing as outstanding for IR 1377in requisition summary but not in Supply / demand screen
