Need Help in AME for FYI Notification once requisition gets approved

Hi,
My requirement here is,

I will create a requisition and submit to the User A
User A should get approval notification and once User A approves, immediately a FYI Notification should be sent to User B.

Upon seeing FYI notification, user B will proceed to create PO.

In AME, I am seeing two categories of rules - Approver and For Your Information.
But not getting idea, how to achieve exactly.
