Segment Mandatory

Hi Support, 
                  We have 5  segment structure. That is (Company, cost centre, Account, Inter company, Project, Future). 

I have a requirement I.e whenever I raise a Transaction in AR, & when I enter distribution Accounts manually, Then it shud prompt me mandatory to enter Inter company segment & Project segment as we  have many Projects & Inter co Transactions. How can i make these 2 segments mandatory while making a Transaction. The main reason behind this is, User some times do make mistake in Project/Inter co segment in distribution . So i wana make these segments mandatory. Please kindly advise.
