impdp failed due to shared memory

 hi All,

Can you help me to fix this below error. what this combination of error message.

I am trying to import (impdp) data into 11g database running on linux environment. 

oracle version : 11.2.0.4.0
sga_target : 4G
pga_aggregate_target = 2g

dump file has lot of partitions tables and few tables having 30 G to 40 G size of database.. please help me how much size i can resize the memory.

$ cat /proc/meminfo|grep Mem
MemTotal:       396859068 kB
MemFree:        261392080 kB


Error
. . imported "EDWMGR"."FIN_SHIP_NOTF":"P_20150318"           0 KB       0 rows
ORA-39014: One or more workers have prematurely exited.
ORA-39029: worker 6 with process name "DW05" prematurely terminated
