population data into XLA_TRIAL_BALANCE issue

Hi Payable's Gurus,

 I have encountered a strange issue while I am developing my customized supplier statement report.
 this issue is related to the XLA_TRIAL_BALANCES table
 I run the query to retrieve the related invoices transactions that occurred according to these parameters 

  a. between from supplier No. to supplier No.
  b. between from_date to_date
  c. and where SUPPLIER_ACC_SEGMENT = <value> which is the the combination code id (as a Liability account)

 What i have found that there is 2 rows of 40 rows that don't contain  value in SUPPLIER_ACC_SEGMENT -as per my SQL output - .
