Unit Cost is not defualting on the Miscellaneous Transactions inventory R12

Hello All,
The Unit Cost is not defaulting on the Miscellaneous Transactions form when item is entered.I have attached the screenshot.

Any setup need to be made to default the unit cost here.

Please suggest.
