JRE version upgrade
Hi All,
1. Currently we are having JRE 1.6_23 version in Application tier (in server)
2. As this version is already De-supported.
3. One set of our customers wants to upgrade JRE to 1.7 in their DESKTOP systems.
4. The other set of customers are still wants to stay in JRE 1.6 in their DESKTOP systems
Q1. When customers are upgrading their desktop JRE to 1.7, Do we need to upgrade apps server JRE to 1.7? If so what 1.7 version is stable to upgrade in apps tier?
Q2. After we upgraded apps tier JRE to 1.7, the other set of customers who uses 1.6 version JRE can continue to use the same version without any issues? Or Even they also need to upgrade their desktop JRE to 1.7?
