FTP restirction in Solaris Sprac 64 bit T blade server

I am using Oracle E-Business on Solaris Sparc 64 bit T blade server. In Application part i have multiply folder in Solaris sprac machine to given direct acces to end user for FTP upload flat file.

I need to restrict a User to access particular folder access to users, not to complete mount point .
