Budget - Upload

Hello team,

Im using web adi to upload budget and i discover the journal import is running normal for a while now. It has not completed for over an hour. The entries exist on the gl interface as new. The entries have not been found to be processed. Kindly assist as i cannot upload for the rest of the department if the already uploaded ones (2 departments) have not completed running.
