account statement report

Dear all,
I hava a problem with my account statement report.
when the start date is the first date of the year (example 01/01/2014) the report is completet with the following error:

REP-1401 h_start_period_nameformula' fatal Pl/sql error occurred
ora-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
