Siebel 8.1.1.11 How to configure Application to Load js files

 Hi
I am looking for the exact config steps to load JS files for Siebel 8.1.1.11 applicaion. The Files must be loaded through out the application. This can be achieved in Siebel 8.1.1.10 by making a entry in COMMON area of custom manifest section.
