Patch 3485155: 11i.PJ_PF.M - Fails With ORA-00060: Deadlock Detected Error

Hello Support,
While applying patch 3485155 as part of baseline patching we are facing the following issue in worker 4

AD Worker error:
The following ORACLE error:

ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource


occurred while executing the SQL statement:

UPDATE fnd_install_processes
SET skip_flag = ''
WHERE worker_id = 4
AD Worker is complete.

Errors and warnings are listed in the log file
/d72/XXX/xxxappl/admin/XXX/log/adwork004.log

Can you say what is the root cause of the error and what is the solution? Should we try restarting worker 4?
