upgrade to JDK 6 txkrun.pl -script=SetJDKCfg fails with Invalid JDK TOP:

I followed the installation instructions in note  Using J2SE Version 6 with Oracle E-Business Suite 11i (Doc ID 401561.1) i also upgraded the and installed the browser plugin as directed. 

It fails on step 5. Seems to me it is supposed to be correcting all of the env variables so I am unsure why it is looking at 

txkrun.pl -script=SetJDKCfg
