IBY: Create Settlement Batches produce empty output file

Hi community;

we followe these oracle note 471418.1 and 745996.1 to setup automatic receipt and remittance also to setup the Fund Capture Processing.

al its ok, i created receipt an d remittance , i saw created receipt on reports, i created the settlement batch and its complete normal, when i search on the settlement batch i see my receipts lested and the status of the settlement batch is SUCCESS.

However, the out but file in directory is Empty
