R11i to R12 upgrade. No dunning functionality?

We are upgrading our 11i (11.5.2) instance to R12(12.1.1). We use only basic financial modules hence we have just the core AR module. In 11i we use to have dunning set up namely dunning letter sets and Dunning Letters. Dunning is very essential part of our day to day business.
I do not find this functionality in R12. What could be the resolution?
