8.1.1.11 installation fails during Rename dir backup

 Hi , I'm  trying to upgrade 8.1.1.5 to 8.1.1.11 as a migration installation. During the backup step of installation getting errors. The installation unable to mv the existing installation directory. 


Filesystem    GB blocks      Free %Used    Iused %Iused Mounted on
/dev/sblgtwlv      4.50      4.05   10%     1324     1% /siebelgtw

software is installed on /siebelgtw which is a file system  (and a directory)on the OS hence it can't be moved. I tried on the command line to rename the installation directory getting the error as install. Please see below.
EX : 
$ pwd
/
$ mv /siebelgtw /siebelgtw_old
mv: cannot rename /siebelgtw to /siebelgtw_old: 
Device busy
$ 

Attached is the screenshot of installation where it is exiting.
