How to call OWB Process Flow from APEX using PL/SQL?

Hello.

 

I was wondering if there is a way that I can have a OWB process flow kick off from a button in APEX? I know you can have APEX perform PL/SQL upon being clicked, so I am wondering if there is a way that I can do the same for a process flow? We are looking to have a manual kick off for a job and we are trying to use APEX for this. Any information or ideas to get this to work within APEX would be great!
