Declarative tests under EBusinessSecurity not working

 Hi,
we are on R12.1.3 and all declartive tests under EBusinessSecurity seems like completed successfuly, but with elapsed time 0 seconds and "No Reports available" message.
The other tests are working fine. Can anybody help?
